Leading the team designing and implementing the strategy for the global E-Commerce channel (e-retailers, pure online players, marketplaces) with a sellout value of several € MM. Managing customers' P&L optimization through collaborations with various teams (supply chain, digital marketing, customer service). Coordinating organizational changes and projects to meet e-commerce goals. Identifying new potential online business partners and negotiating agreements. Managing the integration between the direct website (IT system, order-to-cash processes) and marketplaces.
- Created a cross functional team for analysing and optimizing the biggest e-commerce customer, involving senior managers and directors at local and HQ level;
- Established a process to monitor and prioritize new online customers at worldwide level. Developed with local sales teams a framework for new launches and negotiations;
- Point of contact for new product development, marketing and digital marketing topics.

Sales consultant for existing Italian strategic selling partners (FMCG, Home, and Consumer Electronics categories) collaborating at a global level. Building long-term relationships and driving sustainable sales growth. Responsible for developing processes, tools, and content for the new consultancy service.
- Launched a new paid consultancy service from scratch collaborating with EU and US teams;
- Contributed to reaching the Italian and EU target managing a cross-country project that improved the selling partners recruiting process;
- EU point of contact for brand owners project. Liaised with senior US and EU managers to create and expand new services for established brand owners.

Account Manager
Recruiting and launching strategic retailers to sell on Amazon’s EU5 marketplaces. Responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue across different categories (sports, domestic appliances, etc.)
- Improved lead generation strategies and developed new disruptive ones for the whole Italian team;
- Developed a kaizen process to improve way of workings inside Amazon marketplace. The process has been awarded and supported at director level;
- EU point of contact for pan-European logistic program. Created a dashboard to help EU teams with the prioritization of opportunities.
- Year 1: more than € 6 MM and +106% vs target. Managed the second biggest outlier of the Italian team (more than € 1,5 MM revenues);
- Year 2: almost € 3 MM and +105% vs H1 target.

Associate Vendor Manager
Onboarding of new vendors. Management of topline growth and P&L. In charge of setting and optimizing (i) growth actions, (ii) promotional plan, (iii) advertising activities, and (iv) catalogue set-up. Responsible for organizing the Italian on-site cross-categories workshop.
- Optimized suppliers onboarding process and created a process playbook which has been extended and used at EU level;
- Developed an automatic dashboard to share projects' results to senior vendor managers. The dashboard saved hours of manual work and manual errors;
- Italian point of contact and owner of weekly onboarding events. Managed agenda, presentation and main goals of each event. Enhanced the process by involving teams from other functions.
